About RES Phlebotomy Institute

RESPI was founded in 2022 by Rochelle St. Clair, MA, RPT(AMT), AHI, a 33  year phlebotomist who has a vast and impressive resume in laboratory processing and phlebotomy experience. During her career she acquired a lot of knowledge to become a master in the field. She began teaching the trade mid way through her career and has graduated over 400 new phlebotomy students In Cleveland, Ohio. Rochelle has brought all the knowledge, skill and experience to the classroom to give other aspiring phlebotomist by creating RES Phlebotomy Institute. Our courses are taught by highly experienced and certified instructors who are also experts in the field.
