About RES Phlebotomy Institute

RESPI was founded in 2022 by Rochelle St. Clair, MA, RPT(AMT), AHI, a 34 year phlebotomy and laboratory technician who has a vast and impressive resume in laboratory processing, management and phlebotomy experience, specializing in hospital, home and mobile  phlebotomy. During her career she acquired a lot of knowledge to become a master in the field. She began teaching the trade mid way through her career and has graduated over 400 new phlebotomy students In Cleveland, Ohio. Rochelle has brought the knowledge, skill and experience to the classroom to give other aspiring phlebotomist. Our courses are taught by highly experienced and certified instructors who are also experts in the field. Our instructors have over 20 years of experience and some are current hospital phlebotomist. This way students get to learn about current day to day phlebotomy and laboratory experience In real time!
