About RES Phlebotomy Institute

RESPI was founded in 2022 by Rochelle St. Clair, MA, RPT(AMT), AHI, a 32 year phlebotomist who has a vast and impressive resume in laboratory processing and blood drawing experience. During her career she took in all the knowledge she could to become a master in the field. She began teaching the trade mid way through her career and has graduated over 400 new phlebotomy students. Rochelle has brought all those skills, knowledge and experience to the classroom to give other aspiring phlebotomist the opportunity to learn the trade, creating RES Phlebotomy Institute. Our courses are taught by highly experienced and certified instructors who are experts in their field. Our instructors have 15 or more years of experience and some are also current hospital phlebotomist.
