2. $475.00 down and the remaining balance must be paid by start of week 3 of your class
3. $350.00 down and the remaining balance must be paid by start of week 3 of your class
LAB Only Refresher Course
Must have completed an online phlebotomy course or be a Nursing professional
(documentation of graduation will be required)

Enrollment deadline for all classes is the fourth Monday of the month prior the start of the next class!

RES Pay Links
1. If you select the Custom payment option, you are selecting the payment plan option of $350.00 down and the remaining balance due by week 3 of class.
2. If you select the payment option of $475.00 , your remaining balance will be due by week 3 of class.
3. The $950.00 payment option, is paid in full.
